The 2008 vintage again highlighted the trademark lime and mineral notes from our family vineyard in the Clare township.

Handpicked fruit was whole bunch pressed before undergoing a long, cool fermentation to capture the purity and integrity of this 100% estate grown fruit. The wine then underwent a long, cool fermentation to capture the abundant lime and lifted floral aromas.

The palate mirrors the aromas and provides bright, crisp acidity ensuring length and structure. An elegant and lively wine that can either be appreciated young or carefully cellared.
