The "Two in the Bush" range is named after the "Two in the Bush" shaft near the old "Bird in Hand" gold mine.

The 2007 "Two in the Bush" Shiraz has been aged for just over 10 months in French and American oak. The wine is then bottled without fining or filtration to maintain great weight and mouth feel.

It exhibits intense aromas of blackberry, cinnamon and mocha. The palate combines white pepper and fruitcake together with lush, juicy red fruit flavours and a long persistent finish.
